Netherlands the leader in tablet penetration in Europe: Study

In 2013, the 42 percent of people in the Netherlands used tablets, the highest number in Europe, while Spain followed with 39 percent; the United Kingdom with 36 percent; and Belgium and France each with 30 percent, according to the study.
