In Russia, Turkey, Italy, Brazil and India, these plans are either not as available, or are prohibitively expensive for many customers. The unlimited data plans are driving huge amounts of data usage in these countries, thus driving publishers to create more data-rich, multimedia content and apps to be downloaded by customers.
