China’s Mobile Adspend Increases After Early 2010’s


Total mobile advertising has grown from 84 million RMB (US$13.7 million) in 2009 to 54.54 billion RMB ($8.8 billion) projected for 2017. Mobile advertising is expected to represent half of total desktop Internet adspend, driven mostly by search and display advertising, according to Zenith Optimedia in April 2015.
